Week one will start of with self reflection. You cannot move forward in your life if you do not understand the past. This is not a beat yourself up session, it's a session to look at the past and see areas where you achieved what you wanted and areas that didn't go so well. What you could do differently and what to keep on doing.
From doing self reflection you will be to start setting yourself some goals that you want to achieve. We will look at what these might be and how you can start on your journey to achieving them.
This session will last around 1.5hr
